Thai style banana with wine sauce

Bananas1 pieceCream (whipped)30 gramsBlueberry15 gramsPorto (Portuguese fortified wine)50 gramsSugar syrup100 grams

Fry the banana in a grill or pan. A signal of readiness will be the black color of the product being fried. Then carefully cut the skin of a banana with a knife and open. Squeeze the cream out of the pastry bag on the plate, place the blueberries on top. Now get ready to make the sauce. Add porto to sugar syrup. Boil the mixture for 10–15 minutes. It remains only to pour the banana sauce and put the cream with blueberries next to it. The dish is almost ready, you just need to decorate it with a sprig of fresh mint.
