That's right: "Everyone in life once had drastic changes, you just have to strive and achieve these changes." The sentence itself is not very well built :( 1. Strive for what? To change? But then it should be "to change." The verb "to reach" requires a genitive case, here it is correct - "to achieve change." But together these verbs require different cases, so you need to choose one thing. 2. Logical sense. If a person is doing well, what for change? He wants more stability, so the changes in his life (in this case, negative) occur by themselves, he definitely does not want it.
