Take a small saucepan and put the butter into it, melt over low heat. Combine milk, eggs and salt in a separate container, whisk together. Add sifted flour and stir the dough until smooth, for convenience you can use a blender. When the melted butter has cooled, put it into the dough and mix again.

Cover the bowl with dough with cling film and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. Take a frying pan, grease it with oil and heat it. When the pan is well warmed, start baking pancakes. Fold the finished pancakes stacked and set aside.

Cream cheese mixed with chopped dill, smoked red fish cut into slices. Take a serving dish on which you will serve pancake cake with salmon.
