The resulting scrub must be applied to the face and massage it for 3 minutes, then thoroughly wash with warm water.
Recipe number 2. More suitable for owners of dry and thin skin. Half a tablespoon of milk powder mixed in equal proportions with oatmeal, and then pour the resulting mixture with a quarter cup of hot milk. The resulting slurry is covered with a lid on top and leave to brew for 7 minutes. Ready scrub in the form of a porridge can be applied to the face for 5-10 minutes. Instead of hot milk for peeling, you can use cold carrot juice.
For oily skin care
Recipe number 3. We mix oatmeal and rice in equal proportions, grind them in a coffee grinder or blender (do not mix in dust). To the resulting mass add yogurt or kefir in such an amount that the result is a slurry of average thickness. You will need: a handful of almonds, dessert spoon of oatmeal and the same warm honey.
