  • 270 ml of milk;
  • 150 g cream cheese curd (Hochland, Bonjour or Almette);
  • 80 g sugar;
  • 1 egg;
  • 8 g of dry instant yeast;
  • 10 ml of condensed milk;
  • 2 g of salt;
  • 70 g butter;
  • 20 ml of vegetable oil.

Cooking process:

  1. To make dough for buns, mash room-temperature cheese with a fork, add an egg. Heat a little 120 ml of milk and pour it into a container of cheese. Also add salt, sugar and condensed milk.Stir the ingredients to form a homogeneous mass.
  2. Pour 120 ml of warm milk into the container, add the yeast and leave for 10 minutes. Then add to the milk sifted flour and melted butter in the amount of 40 grams.
  3. Knead the dough, then leave it in a warm place so that it increases in volume by 2 times. It may take 2 hours, it all depends on the yeast.
  4. As soon as the dough comes, divide it into pieces weighing 50 g. As a result, you should get 21 pieces. Form balls of them, cover them with cling film and leave for 15 minutes.
  5. Roll a circle out of the balls, fold it in half, and then again in half. Then turn the triangle angle to yourself and make a cut, 1 cm without reaching the edge of the workpiece. Now tuck the edges of the bun under the bottom and make 2-3 tucks.
  6. Place the buns from the dough on a baking sheet, which should be pre-greased with vegetable oil, cover all with foil.
  7. As soon as the products will increase by 2 times, brush them with milk using a cooking brush. Bake buns in the oven, preheated to 180-190 degrees, 20 minutes. Finished products should have a golden color.
