To create a homepage in IE, open the desired site, click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the window (or expand the “Tools” item in the menu) and select the “Browser options” option (in earlier versions - “Internet Options”).

Mozilla Firefox home page

To make a homepage in Firefox, open the desired site, click the button in the form of three horizontal bars in the right corner of the window (or expand the “Tools” menu) and select “Settings”.

In the window that appears on the "Basic" tab, select the option "Show home page" in the "When Firefox starts" option. Then click the “Use Current Page” button. You can also make home any page from the bookmarks - to do this, click the “Use bookmark” button, in the appeared window select the required site and click “OK”. When you finish setting up your home page, click “OK” to apply the changes.

Google Chrome Homepage

To select a home page in Google Chrome, open the desired site, click the button in the form of three horizontal bars in the right corner of the browser and select the “Settings” item. On the page that opens, find the “Initial group” section and select the “Next pages” option. Click the "Add" link.

In the window that appears, you can enter the URL of the page or click the "Use current pages" button. Note that you can specify addresses of several pages at once, and all of them will open by default when the browser is started. When finished, click “OK”.

Homepage in Yandex Browser

Although Yandex.Browser is based on the same engine as Google Chrome, unfortunately there is no possibility to designate any page as a homepage in it. But the problem can be solved by workarounds, although not very convenient.

The first option is to add the desired site to the visual bookmarks. To do this, open a new tab, click on the “Add” button on it and enter the URL or the name of the site. Now click the button in the form of three horizontal bars in the upper right corner of the window and select the “Settings” item. On the page that opens, in the “Where to start?” Item, select the “Open quick access page” option. Then when you start the browser, a page with visual bookmarks will open, from which you can quickly navigate to the desired site.

Another option is to always leave the page you need open before closing the browser, and in the settings in the "Where to start?"

Opera Home Page

To make a homepage in Opera, open the desired site, click the Opera button in the upper left corner of the browser and select the Settings item. On the page that opens, in the “On Start” section, select the “Open a specific page or several pages” option and click on the “Set Pages” link.Here you can enter the URL of the page you want to make homemade, or simply click the “Use current pages” button. By the way, you can assign several pages at once to your homepage at once. Having decided on the choice, click "OK".

Safari home page

To assign a homepage in Safari, open the desired site, click the gear button in the upper right corner of the window (or expand the “Edit” option in the menu) and select the “Settings” item. In the window that appears, go to the “Basic” tab and in the “Open in new tabs” item, select the “Home” option. Just below is the "Home". Here you can enter the website address manually or simply click the “Current page” button. After that click "OK".
