  2. Cut them into 1 cm circles.
  3. Salt, pepper zucchini to taste.
  4. Fry in a hot frying pan until golden brown. Again, do not forget that when frying the second sides of the circles, it is necessary to reduce the heat.Otherwise, you will get not slightly roasted zucchini until golden brown, but overcooked.
  5. With tomatoes, you can do differently. You can simply put them on top of the prepared zucchini, you can chop them up small and then put them on the mugs. You can also slightly sweat the tomatoes in the pan separately from the zucchini without oil, and then put on the zucchini themselves.
