How to cook millet?

At the same time, you can rinse the millet in hot water and cut into cubed potatoes. After that you need to heat the meat broth, this is done at full power for 5-6 minutes. All the necessary ingredients are put in the heated broth - onion, carrot, potato, salt-pepper, bay leaf and other spices. The chowder is cooked for about 10 minutes at full power. From millet you can make a delicious porridge according to grandma's recipe. For this you will need:
- two glasses of millet;
- 300 g of sauerkraut;
- carrots and onions;
- sunflower oil;
- salt-pepper and spices to taste.
First you need to chop the onions and grate the carrots, fry them in sunflower oil until golden brown. Next, in the pan you need to put ready-made onions and carrots, sauerkraut and pour all the water. All this stews for about half an hour. Millet is added to stewed vegetables and filled with water. It must be remembered that any porridge is boiled in water in a proportion of approximately 1: 2. Boil the millet to a low heat for about half an hour. 10 minutes before readiness everything needs to be salted, pepper, add greens.

- third cup of almond flakes;

- lemon, orange and mint.
First you need to cook the millet. And there are two ways to cook millet. You can cook it on low heat until fully cooked, and you can pour hot water on it, leave it for half an hour, then drain the remaining water. Ready millet is placed in a salad bowl, add cucumber, chopped peppers, half a cup of finely chopped fresh mint and toasted almond flakes. All this is mixed.
