  2. Wash the mushrooms, chop them with a meat grinder and fry in a frying pan over medium heat with vegetable oil and onion, which will need to be finely chopped.
  3. Put the mushrooms and onions on the chicken layer. In the middle of one line spread the egg, which should be cut into quarters, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  4. Gently roll the chicken fillet into a roll and fix it with wooden toothpicks. If you want, you can tie up the product with a string. So the roll will not unfold in the cooking process. Top with mayonnaise, then salt, pepper and coat with garlic.
  5. Take the foil, spread it in a baking dish, grease it with oil, place the roll in the center and wrap it. You can also lay out a roll just on a baking sheet, greased with butter or mayonnaise.
  6. Bake the roll in the oven, heated to 200-220 degrees, 45 minutes. If you are preparing a product in foil, then for a golden brown crust you need to open it 10 minutes before readiness.
