How to make a lemon drink

  • 100 g of sugar;
  • a pinch of saffron;
  • a pinch of cilantro;
  • 500 ml of water;
  • 100 g of edible ice.

Wash the lemon, cut off the zest from it, which should be finely chopped and put into a decanter. Add cilantro to it and pour hot water. Let stand 4 hours. Strain the water, add sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Squeeze the juice from the lemon, add to lemon water, mix, pour into a decanter and put in the refrigerator. Pour saffron with a glass of boiling water, strain and pour the infusion into the drink.
