How to cook a banana-coconut cake

You will need
  • For 4 cakes:
  • -1/2 packages of butter
  • -1/4 cup of sugar
  • -2 eggs
  • -1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • -2 cups of flour
  • -3/4 tsp baking powder
  • -1/4 teaspoon salt
  • -2 ripe bananas
  • For decoration and dressing:
  • -1/2 packages of butter
  • -3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • -1 tablespoon of cream
  • - 3 packs or tablespoon of coconut extract
  • -1/2 cup of milk
Before you begin, prepare your workplace. Make sure you have enough ingredients. Preheat oven to 280 degrees.
Rinse the bananas thoroughly under hot water, remove the skin. In a blender or fork, prepare a banana puree and set aside.
In a blender, beat half of the package of butter with sugar until a thick foam forms. In the resulting mass, consistently add one egg and vanilla extract. Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Put aside.
To the mass of the mixer, add 1/3 cup of flour and milk. Beat for 3-5 minutes.
Transfer the mass from the mixer to a separate bowl and add banana puree. Using a fork or tablespoon evenly distribute it.
Combine the mixture from step 4 and step 6 into one bowl.
Transfer the resulting dough to the baking dish. Put them in a preheated oven for 16-18 minutes. Bake until pastries have a golden crust. After readiness, cool completely.
Go to the preparation of the cream. Combine cream and butter together, then add powdered sugar. Whisk everything thoroughly with a whisk or fork. Continuing to beat, gradually add milk and coconut extract. Continue adding powder to the desired consistency. The more powder you put, the sweeter the cakes will be.
Spread the resulting cream from step 9 evenly on all the pastries. For beauty, you can sprinkle with confiture or coconut flakes.
