How to bake red fish?

Baked Red Fish Recipe
For cooking you will need:
- Red fish fillet
- Sour cream (or mayonnaise)
- Vegetable oil
The dish is laid out in layers in the form (or directly on the baking sheet), for this it must first be lubricated with vegetable oil.
The first layer lay out sliced peeled potatoes, do not lay out all the potatoes, but only half. It is necessary that the potato lay in the form of 2-3 layers (evenly closing its bottom). Potatoes need to be salted.
Next, lay out sliced layers (or slices - as convenient) fillet, and sprinkle it with salt and seasonings (you can use only black pepper, or your favorite seasonings).
Then lay out sliced onions.
Next layer lay out the remaining potatoes, pour it all with grated cheese and start preparing the sauce. There is nothing difficult in its preparation, just mix sour cream with finely chopped greens, and pour the resulting dish.
After all the ingredients are loaded into the form, send it to the oven, preheated to 180 °, cooking time 30-40 minutes. So, the red fish baked in the oven is ready. But this recipe can be supplemented with mushrooms. If there are any, you must first extinguish them in sour cream with spices, almost to readiness, and put in front of the second layer of potatoes.
Red fish baked in foil
- Red fish (fillet, steaks or whole gutted)
- Black pepper (ground)
- Oil (vegetable or olive)
Cut lemon circles, onion rings.
If cooking steaks or fillets, put the fish on the foil (preferably folded in two layers), wipe the fish with lemon juice mixed with oil, salt and pepper. Top with sliced lemon and onion, wrap the foil tightly and send to a preheated oven (180 °) for 35-40 minutes.
If you cook the fish as a whole, first remove the gills and all the entrails, and rinse the fish thoroughly, then dry it.
Preparation: carefully rub the fish with a mixture of salt and pepper (both inside and outside), then coat it with a mixture of lemon juice and oil and place it on the foil. Make cuts on the upper side of the fish and insert folded lemon circles into them. Inside the fish, tuck in chopped greens, spread the onion rings on top of the fish. Then tightly wrap the fish with foil and send to a preheated oven for 35-45 minutes (depending on the size of the fish), cooking temperature 190 °. After 35 minutes, check for readiness: the fish should lag behind the bones, if the fish is not ready, prolong the cooking time.
Serve with a side dish and any fish sauce, a fresh vegetable salad is perfect for the table.
