How to assemble the antenna?

When people talk about a satellite dish, they usually immediately represent its “mirror” - this is the very dish that reflects and focuses the signal, but this is only one part of the device in the complex called the satellite antenna. Its assembly is not a special difficulty, let's look at everything in order.

How to assemble a satellite dish

We consider the assembly of the offset antenna, the assembly of the out-of-focus antenna is somewhat different, but not difficult:

  1. Take the swivel bracket.
  2. We insert two brackets.
  3. We put clamps on the brackets and fix them with bolts.
  4. Take the mirror.
  5. With a convex side fasten holders. One on the plate, the second on the carrier beam.
  6. To the holders on the nuts fasten swivel bracket.
  7. At the end of the carrier beams attach attachment head (converter).
  8. Fasten head

There may be two or three converters, but they are mounted similarly, only at different angles, depending on the position of the satellites.

This design is assembled and can be mounted on a motor suspension, which allows you to remotely change the position of the antenna and tune into satellites.

Now we fasten the plate to the right place, connect the cable, connect it to the converter and aim it at the satellite. It now remains to connect the receiver.
