Contact the site administration, should be contacts - mail, address, phone. Ask them to remove false information, specify which one and where, otherwise you should contact the police. You can repeat this repeatedly. I had a similar situation, deleted after the third letter in question. If there is no result, take screenshots and contact the police or Roskomnadzor branch in your city -

Roman, write something like: "Good afternoon! I found false information about myself on your site. (Next, provide links to the pages where this information is contained, and also describe what it is: a photo, text - in quotation marks, indicate a direct quote from the text). Please delete this information from the site, otherwise I will contact the law enforcement agencies. " And in general, you have the right to ask to delete information about yourself, if you do not want something about you somewhere to publish without your knowledge. After a while, if there is no answer, check again. If the information will continue to hang, send a second letter, write that you are not writing for the first time, so that they understand that you will not just be left behind. If this time does not change anything, contact where it should be. Before sending the first letter, take screenshots and save just in case.
