How to cook the dough green.

For 6 servings:

dough with spinach 1 kg;

white sauce 1/2 l;

“Parmesan”, grated 100 g;

Meat Sauce;

loin or raw brisket or ham;

finely chopped 200 g;

lean beef, cranked through a meat grinder 500 g;

celery and onions. finely chopped 60 g each;

carrots, finely chopped 1 pc .;

chicken meat, rolled through a meat grinder, 3 pcs .;

chicken broth 1 l;

salt;

tomatoes, peeled and seeded and cut into 1 kg butter 200 g;

Take a 1.5 l baking sheet. Roll out thin green dough and cut out at least 10 circles or squares, depending on the shape of the pan on which you will cook the lasagna.

 

Take the pan, put the loin, brisket or ham in it and cook for about 5 minutes, then add ground beef, celery, onion, carrot and chicken giblets.Cook over high heat, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes, then pour 300 ml of chicken broth and throw a whisper of salt. Continuing to stir the contents of the pan, slightly increase the fire under it and boil until all the liquid boils away for at least 20 minutes. Then put the tomatoes and butter and pour the remaining broth. Cook for at least 90 minutes or until the mixture reaches the consistency of a thick sauce.

 

In highly boiling, salted water, boil the dough layers: lower one layer at a time and cook until the dough is soft, but it is soft. Finished lasagna spread out to dry on napkins.

 

Grease a baking sheet with a small amount of meat sauce, put a layer of dough on the bottom, pour meat sauce on top, then put a layer of white sauce and, finally, a layer of grated cheese. Cover all this with a new layer of dough and again put layers of meat sauce, white sauce and cheese - repeat this operation until all the ingredients are finished, putting the last layer of white sauce. Put the pan in the oven, preheated to 200 ″ C, and bake the dish for 15–20 minutes or until it is browned on top.The dish is served on the table hot.
