Option number 1

To prepare this salad you need:

  • three Bulgarian peppers;
  • two carrots;
  • small cauliflower head;
  • a large cucumber;
  • 1.5 liters of water;
  • half a cup of vegetable oil;
  • five-six st. l. vinegar;
  • bunch of dill;
  • five teaspoons of salt and sugar.

Process description:

  1. Cauliflower should be divided into inflorescences and boil in salted water (do not add all the salt at once) to the state of semi-ready.
  2. Rub carrots on a grater or cut into thin strips. Cucumber can be cut into rings or cubes. Cut the pepper into straws.
  3. Now, the water remaining from boiling the cabbage, bring to a boil again, pour vinegar with vegetable oil into it, and add salt and granulated sugar. Marinade is ready.
  4. Place all vegetables in any closed container and pour them with prepared hot marinade.
  5. Let the salad roast overnight, add the chopped dill and serve the dish to the table.

Option number 2

Awesome healthy salad will turn out from such ingredients:

  • about 500 g chicken fillet;
  • about 150 grams of celery stalk;
  • a glass of apricots;
  • celery greens;
  • a couple of art. l. mayonnaise;
  • hl mustard;
  • st. l. honey
  • 70-80 g pistachios;
  • two large spoons of olive or sunflower oil;
  • salt.


  1. The first stage is the preparation of chicken. Fillet must be washed and dried, and then cut into strips or medium-sized cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken on it. When it becomes ruddy, start the quenching under the lid until done, and at the end add salt. Optionally, you can enter the hot peppers, to give spicy salad.
  2. Celery cut into rings (if the stem is thin) or diced. Greens can simply tear your hands.
  3. Remove the apricots from the apricots and cut the flesh, for example, with slices or cubes.
  4. Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl. Prepare a dressing of the remaining after frying fillet of butter, honey, mayonnaise and mustard. Add it to the rest of the ingredients and mix everything.

Option number 3

If you have fishermen among your relatives or friends, then you can make a delicious fish salad. But even if there is no one to fish, you can buy all the products in the store or on the market. Here's what you'll need:

  • 500 g of carp or grass carp (you can replace with another fish, but with a small amount of bones);
  • five eggs;
  • four potatoes;
  • three tomatoes;
  • large onion;
  • jar of canned olives;
  • any greens;
  • salt;
  • for dressing sour cream or mayonnaise.


  1. Fish should be cleaned, gutted and thermally processed, for example, baked in foil, grilled, steamed or even cooked. Next, cool it and cut into slices.
  2. Boil the potatoes in a peel, then peel and cut into cubes of medium size.
  3. Eggs are boiled hard, cleaned and also cut into cubes. Chop the tomatoes in the same way.
  4. Onion must be cleaned and cut into half rings or shred. If it is very bitter, you can pour boiling water on it for a minute.
  5. Wash the greens and chop them after drying.
  6. It's time to combine all the ingredients, fill them with sour cream or mayonnaise and salt. It's pretty simple, but very tasty!

Option number 4

If you need to make a salad quickly, then this option will come to the rescue. Prepare:

  • 300 g of fresh champignons;
  • three cucumbers;
  • 50 g of lettuce leaves;
  • hl ordinary or Dijon mustard;
  • dill;
  • a little mixture of Provencal or Italian herbs;
  • couple tsp rice vinegar (can be replaced with wine or even apple);
  • big spoon of olive oil.

Process description:

  1. First all components should be prepared. After thorough washing and cleaning the caps, cut the champignons into thin plates. They do not need to be thermally processed, they will remain fresh, and this is a feature of the salad. Cucumbers can be cut into rings or semirings. Dill wash and chop.
  2. Make a dressing by simply combining oil, herbs, vinegar, mustard and salt.
  3. Now put all the ingredients in a salad bowl and pour over the dressing.
  4. And now the salad has to stand for an hour to marinate.

Option number 5

This recipe is simple, but quite original. Necessary:

  • medium sized radish;
  • carrot;
  • purple onion;
  • dill;
  • 150 grams of hard cheese;
  • three tbsp. l. sesame oil;
  • a pair of tablespoons of sesame seed;
  • salt.


  1. Clean the radish with carrots and either thin it finely with a straw or rub it on a large grater.
  2. Cheese must be rubbed.
  3. Dill chop after washing and drying.
  4. Onions must be brushed, cut into thin semirings.
  5. Combine all ingredients, salt and season with sesame oil.
  6. Arrange the salad in plates and sprinkle a handful of sesame over each serving.

Option number 6

And one more salad, for which you will need such products:

  • 500 g young zucchini or zucchini;
  • 500 g chicken fillet or breast;
  • seven tablespoons of lemon juice and olive oil;
  • 150 g of spinach;
  • a glass of peeled walnuts;
  • red or purple onion;
  • 70 g of cheese (preferably parmesan);
  • salt.


  1. Squash should be washed, thinly cut, if necessary, get rid of the peel and seeds.
  2. Mix lemon juice with oil, pour the zucchini with this mixture and leave them for an hour.
  3. Either cook the chicken or wrap it in foil and bake it with salt.
  4. Walnuts finely-finely chopped or chopped in a blender, but not in crumb: the taste should be felt.
  5. Onion is cut into half rings, spinach is simply torn by hands. Cheese rub.
  6. All components combine and pour the marinade, which were zucchini. Add salt.
