From a legal point of view, "two citizenships" and "dual citizenship" are completely different concepts. Citizens of Russia are granted dual citizenship only with countries with which the relevant agreement has been signed. At the moment, it is Tajikistan and Turkmenistan. If a person is just in the hands of a passport in two or more countries, then we are talking about “two citizenships” You can have as many such passports as you like, the question is how to get them. Other states do not throw their citizenships right and left. The Law “On Citizenship of the Russian Federation” does not prohibit obtaining a second citizenship.
