Ingredients Required:

For the test

  • chicken eggs - 2 pieces
  • granulated sugar - 1 st
  • sour cream - 1 tbsp
  • flour - 2 tbsp
  • cocoa - 3-4 st. l.
  • baking powder - 1 tbsp. l.

For cream

  • Granulated sugar - 1,5 St
  • sour cream - 1 l
  • thickener for sour cream or starch
  • Vanillin - 2 gr

For glaze

  • sugar - 3 tbsp. l.
  • sour cream - 5 tbsp. l.
  • cocoa - 5 tbsp. l.
  • butter - 40 gr

Cooking method:

  1. Beat the cooled eggs until a foam is formed. Gradually add sugar. Beat until dissolved.
  2. Then, in the resulting mass add sour cream. Put the baking powder in the flour and gradually sift into our dough. All thoroughly mix until smooth.
  3. Now the resulting dough is divided into two parts. We put cocoa on the first one, and raisins on the second one.
  4. Preheat oven to 190 degrees and bake chocolate cake in shape. Then we send the white one.
  5. While the dough is baked, let's do the preparation of the cream for the “Count of the ruins”. To do this, simply whip all its ingredients with a mixer.

"Count ruins" with condensed milk

Ingredients Required:

  • eggs - 2 pieces
  • flour - 1.5 st
  • granulated sugar - 1 st
  • soda (slaked with vinegar) - 2 tsp.
  • condensed milk-½ jar
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp. l.
  • sour cream - 1 tbsp. l.

For glaze

  • butter - 40 gr
  • granulated sugar - 6 tbsp. l.
  • cocoa - 4 tbsp. l.
  • sour cream - 4 tbsp. l.

Impregnation cream

  • granulated sugar - 6 tbsp. l.
  • nuts - ½st
  • sour cream - 1 l

Cooking method:

  1. Mix eggs and sugar, then put sour cream to them. In the meantime, add soda to the flour. In the egg mixture pour condensed milk and gradually mix with flour. It should make the dough, the thickness resembling sour cream.
  2. Put ½ of the dough into the preheated oven for about 20–25 minutes. The second part to put baked, after adding there cocoa.
  3. To prepare the cream, impregnate all its ingredients with a mixer. Grease them with a white cake and add nuts.
  4. Chocolate sponge cake cut into cubes. Then we dip them in a cream and have a slide on a white cake plate. Top pour the remnants of the cream and fall asleep with nuts.
  5. Making the icing. We connect its components and cook for 15 minutes on low heat, not forgetting to stir it.

Decorate the cake "Count ruins" with icing and send to the refrigerator for impregnation.
