You will need:

3 eggs, 2 tsp. baking powder or baking powder, 2 tbsp. corn starch, 5 tbsp. sugar substitute, vanilla flavor


First, separate the yolks from the whites, then mix the yolks with the baking powder, starch, sugar substitute and vanilla. Beat the egg whites and carefully add to the yolk mixture. Cover a large and round shape with baking paper and pour the mixture there, put it in the oven. It is necessary to bake 10 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees or until a light color appears.

Remove the cake and roll it with a rolling pin, cut it into 8 triangles and allow to cool. Then carefully remove the paper, add the filling (it can be “Nutella Dukan”, berries or low-fat cottage cheese) and roll them from edge to tip to make croissants. Brush them with beaten egg and bake until golden brown appears.
