Friday Fill-Ins No.2

And…here we go!

1. Beware of back stabbing friends. There are many out there.
2. I want to experience walking on snow.
3. And since we want to get drunk, let’s drink.
4. Do you believe in spirits?
5. Where is the question mark for this question?.
6. Hot pork sinigang with rice is one of my favorite meals when it’s cold out.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to finish adgitizing, tomorrow my plans include giving my dog a bath and Sunday, I want to stay home and chill!

First Two Movies I Made

A couple of weeks ago, I made two movies using Windows Live Movie Maker. Movie Maker is included in MSN download together with Windows Live Messenger, Photo Gallery and Windows Live Mail. It was fun and easy creating movies in Windows Live Movie Maker. It’s just like creating a slideshow in Microsoft Power Point. Check our the first two movies I made.

This is the first movie I made. I use the photos of me with my friends, the SEKC batch 2003 taken during my first night out with them in a disco bar  called Fat Cat here in the city. I had a blast! Since the music Teach Me How To Dougie is our current favorite, I used it as accompaniment to the video so it won’t look boring.

This is the second video I made due to an earnest request. My youngest sister Cheep’s boyfriend requested me to make a video of Cheep for him with a song Kunin Mo Na Ang Lahat sa Akin. He said everytime he hears the song his heart aches thinking somebody steals Cheep from him. Sweet. He requested the male version of the song but I didn’t found the free MP3 download of it. So I used the latest and the female version of it instead.

I hope you had enjoyed watching the videos.

The Change of Blog Name

If you have noticed, I had the name of this blog changed from Chie101 to Blogger’s Notebook recently. I realized I cannot stand and keep my promise to spread out and reveal everything about my personal life. There are just dark secrets that I couldn’t dare talking to anyone, even to my family. Well, I would still reveal some dark secrets of my life here from time to time but that’s no longer the main function of this blog. Starting from when I changed the blog name, I would generally talk about blogging and my day to day activities offline and online. This blog has now a niche that is general and/or mixed bag.

Friday Fill-Ins No. 1

I know this is late for Friday Fill-ins since it’s already Sunday evening here at my end (yep dinner time – sisters are calling me for dinner right now) but allow me to  just make this post tonight. What a way to welcome the meme here in my blog, participating in it late! Pardon me. I won’t be late next week, I swear.

And…here we go!

1. Old me would would act up and cry when I see my crush with another girl; new me would just raise eyebrows and murmur “He’s still the good-looking boy I used to know. Darn!”.

2. For my whole family, I am taking responsibility.  Am I such a fool?

3. So…in a way I am being childish for typing my personal life on my Facebook status box. Can you relate?

4. Who cares about my facebook status? There are three groups, the likers, the commenters and those murmurers – they are those who are not liking nor commenting but murmuring while reading my facebook status, right?

5. The big difference  is that I don’t know who the invisible murmurers are. Well, I don’t see, invisible eh? Now I am murmuring.

6. A simple hello, as long as it’s from you makes me happy.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to (on Friday I stayed home), tomorrow my plans include (Last Saturday, I was so tempted to go out and party since Karen invited me but I had no choice. I stayed home. ) and Sunday, I want to blog and so I am blogging right now!

Six Days With Pink Eye

It’s already the sixth day of my suffering from Pink Eye. It had gotten worse to my dismay. I thought Eye Mo drops could heal it in a day. Well not! It actually felt better after a couple of days but I never thought it would worsen today. It might be because of too much Eye Mo and Visine drops. From Eye Mo, I switched to using Visine yet now, after dropping on both eyes last night, both eyes are pink, sore and itchy with swollen eyelids. Grrr! Although I like pink but I definitely do not want to keep this pink in my eyes for long. Stay away from me Pink Eye!

Taken by my sister Cheem using her phone.

I should have touched my EON card by now. I should have linked it to my Paypal account already. I should have roamed and explored Zamboanga City by now. I should have planned to party tonight to experience Zamboang City night life. I should have. Obviously, the plan to travel to Zamboanga City was postponed because of these pink in my eyes. I have a feeling that the Pink Eye will stay for another week. Well, I hope I’ll be counting  just another six or seven days or else I’ll perceive EON card is not for me and I’ll stay dependent on my husband’ s bank account in America. EON card has been very elusive to me. I’ve traveled to different places already just to have it yet I’ve only faced disappointments. I am not giving up on it. I’ll make sure I’ll have it this time!

The Excitement To Go To Zamboanga City

I am so excited to go to Zamboanga City that if only I could fly, I have landed there already. I am going there with a friend and we’ll be staying at a friend’s house who is working there to save on lounge fees. A couple of thousands I’ll likely spend for a room there would be better to use for shopping, right? The date of the trip as planned will be tomorrow but sadly, I am currently having sore eyes, which started yesterday. Of all days why these days!? I hope this will go away by the 19th or the 20th of this month so I can materialize the plan. These dates are perfect to pursue the trip based on my friends’ availability.

There are three major reasons why I am so excited to go Zamboanga City. First reason would be to pick my much anticipated EON card. At long last after those few failures and disappointments on application, I’ll be able to take possession of that so0-called blogger’s bridge to the bread on the table sooner than I expected. Second, I’ll finally be able to step on the land of Zamboanga City. In my more than 24 years of existence, I’ve never been to that place. Third reason would be to be able to hang out with the smartest and the hottest batch mate. I am looking forward for a fun night out and of course, a safe trip!
