I know this post is already late for ABC Wednesday but since the linky is still up, I still can submit this post. Here goes my share:

I grew up in hut that was built near the sea so naturally my hair has hints of brown shade. It didn’t bother me back then but as time passed by, I longed to just have a black hair. Modernity then wrapped my world when I grew up by the approach of hair colors. It was said it could magically change our hair color into any color we want. My parents have tested and proven its magic several times. So I may say, they were the first to introduce it to me for it’s what they have used to cover their age through covering their white hairs with hair blackening dye.

I started using black hair dye since high school. Straight long black hair (as seen in the above photo), it’s what I like for my hair. While others apply different colors of hair dye to their hair, I simply love black hair. So once the original shade appears, I would at once reapply hair dye.

I took a fun quiz just a while ago since my mind went blank while facing the text box of this blog. I don’t why it always happens yet in the end I come up with a very long blog post.  Lol! I was thinking on what to blog but I couldn’t think of any topic to write about. Plus I was bothered by my sleepy eyes. For some reason my pair want to sleep this early although I got up late today. So what I did, I made a glass of coffee after dinner and now I am having my fifth cup for the day.

Back to the quiz I just played a while ago, it’s a quiz to know my name’s hidden meaning. It captured my curiosity! I quickly keyed in my name Rechie Ruth and here is the result.

The first paragraph of the result is quite alarming for I don’t think I am the type of person that anybody can’t handle. I am just simple as opposed to being wild and intense. I like clean fun and dislike trouble except when provoked that’s why I turn trouble into something fun or stay away from trouble as much as I could. The rest of the paragraphs answered closely to my description. I totally agree of me being carefree and passionate. What about you? What’s Your Name’s Hidden Meaning?

I was resizing my photos in my computer files last night when I bumped into this picture. I tried to recall where I got it from. If I am not mistaken, this was the screen shot of the result of one of those random quizzes I’ve taken in Facebook.

Answering quizzes and surveys is one great pastime I do online when there are no assignments to do or when I need a break from writing. I am sure many of you play these quizzes too. These stuffs are quite fun especially the ones that test our personally and give results that describe closely to who and what we are.  Although some results don’t fall favorably and exactly on our personal descriptions, we still do these quizzes just for the fun of it and for our curiosity to check how precise the results would be. In the end, it is still us, ourselves can tell who we are.

I agree to almost everything that’s written in the result as seen  on the picture above. I greatly agree on ambitious, short tempered but cheerful and vibrant and generous. I admit I aim on high and sometimes impossible things and rejoice once I reach them. Generosity runs in my nerves. This always put me in trouble because I can’t say no to the seekers of help and I am often left taken for granted. For me, it is very heartbreaking to say no to people who needs my help and seeing their sad and hopeless expressions because I know how hard it is to feel hopelessness. I tend to blame myself for not being able help. Short tempered? I raise my hands to that but I find time to be cheerful at things that make my days bright.

Why Chie101? It’s the first thing that popped in my head while thinking of a new  domain at godaddy.com. I was in rush for I was expecting visitors during that time. Besides, I was still in awe due to the overwhelming news about me winning another blog hosting service. So after keying in the domain and setting the contract to 2 years and renewing old domain from godaddy.com, I then checked out. Honestly, this chosen domain had put me in deep thought and so as the plan for this new site.

But after thorough thinking, I decided to make this blog another personal blog that talks everything about my personal life, as the domain name says, from past to present. This would serve more likely as my online diary where I record the daily happenings of my life and those interesting stories of my past. I would share only those I am comfortable of sharing; they may be shocking, interesting and boring – I let you judge.
